What Lucayra is
Lucayra is a listings marketplace that connects renters with property owners in New Providence. We review listings before they publish, but Lucayra is not a party to any rental agreement between a renter and a property owner.
Your responsibilities
Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of the listings they submit. Renters are responsible for confirming a property and the terms of a rental agreement before sending any money or signing anything — see our safety tips.
Listing review
We review listings before publication to reduce obviously inaccurate or misleading posts. Review does not guarantee a listing is accurate, that the property is currently available, or that the person listing it is its owner.
Account standing
We may remove listings or restrict accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or misleading.
Changes
We may update these terms as Lucayra grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
