Lucayra is a long-term rental marketplace built specifically for The Bahamas. Rather than scrolling through unorganized marketplace posts, renters get a real search experience — by area, price, bedrooms, and property type — and property owners get a straightforward way to list a home without going through an agent.

We’re launching with long-term residential rentals in New Providence. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and renters connect directly with the property owner or an authorized property manager — no middleman, no bidding for leads.

Lucayra is early. We’re building it deliberately, one island at a time, starting with the market we know best.
