Is posting a listing really free?

Yes — there's no cost to post during Lucayra's initial launch period. This is an introductory offer, not a permanent guarantee, and any future pricing changes would apply to new listings, not be sprung on you after the fact.

How does the review process work?

A real person checks every new listing — photos, price, and details — before it goes live. This usually happens within a day.

What do I need to post a listing?

Property type, settlement, price, bedrooms and bathrooms, a description, a few photos, and how you'd like renters to contact you.

How do renters get in touch?

Directly — renters call or WhatsApp the phone number on your listing. There's no inbox to check and no leads to buy back.

Can I edit or take down my listing later?

Yes. From your dashboard you can edit your listing, mark it as rented, or remove it at any time.
