Love Beach

Love Beach is a roughly mile-long stretch on the northwestern coast of New Providence, generally quieter and less crowded than the resort-heavy stretches of Cable Beach and Paradise Island. Love Beach's rental market is small and skews toward higher-end, newer construction as development continues — the AMAYA residences, for example, are priced in the multi-million-dollar purchase range, suggesting rental rates in the area (where available) will trend well above the New Providence median. Reliable, standard apartment rental pricing for Love Beach wasn't available in research, and inventory appears limited relative to larger neighborhoods like Cable Beach or Sandyport.

Love Beach is accessed via West Bay Street/Blake Road on the western side of the island. It's a car-dependent area with limited public jitney service directly along the beach road.

Love Beach suits renters who want a quiet, relatively undeveloped beach setting without the density and tourist traffic of Cable Beach, and who are comfortable with a smaller, higher-end rental pool. It's a reasonable fit for retirees or professionals seeking privacy and calm. It's less suited to renters on a tighter budget or those wanting a wide selection of apartment listings, given the limited inventory in this area.
